What to expect when you contact us

Support emails4hr target

We aim to respond to all support emails within 4 hours during operating hours. Complex issues that require investigation may take longer — we will acknowledge your email and give you a realistic timeframe.

Merchant enquiries24hr response

New merchant applications and existing account questions are handled by a dedicated team. We prioritise getting new merchants live as quickly as possible.

Legal and privacy requests5 business days

Formal legal notices and data requests require more careful handling and may take up to 5 business days for a substantive response. Acknowledgement is sent immediately.

Droppie is new. We will not always get everything right. If your experience with the platform has been less than it should be — whether as a customer, a merchant, or a driver — I want to know about it directly.

Not because I want to fix a data metric. Because this platform only works if it actually serves people well, and the only way to know if it is doing that is to hear from the people using it honestly.
